If your frame(s) is damaged while in transit, you have 7 calendar days to notify Erikan Art, LLC with pictures of the damage for the frame to be replaced for free. Buyer’s must communicate this notice using these methods: phone text to: +1-678-568-9293, and/or WhatsApp text to: +1-678-568-9293 and/or email to: ErikanArtwork@gmail.com. You will receive an acknowledgement confirmation back that your message was received. You must provide your own shipping to return the painting(s) back. Erikan Art, LLC will ship the painting(s) back to you for free in the manner it was originally sent unless otherwise specified.

You do have the option to send a letter via certified mail. If you choose this option, please send email to: ErikanArtwork@gmail.com to request the mailing address where to letter can be delivered. It is suggested to send certified mail with tracking for confirmation.
