SHIPPING COST IS FREE unless requested by purchaser to ship directly via air cargo.
If shipping directly via air cargo, for every pound the package weighs, will incur a cost of $10 (USD) per pound. The weight of the package will be calculated with the air cargo weight scale. The cost to ship via air will be in a separate invoice for the accurate weight from the air carrier. This invoice must be paid in full before shipping your package. Once your package arrives, you will need to arrange transportation for pickup. Erikan Art will provide instructions on the time and address when your package is ready.If your frame(s) is damaged while in transit, you have 7 calendar days to notify Erikan Art via email, phone or text with pictures of the damage for the frame to be replaced for free. You will receive an acknowledgement confirmation back from Erikan Art that your message was received. You must provide your own shipping to return the painting(s) back. Erikan Art will ship the painting(s) back to you for free in the manner it was originally sent unless otherwise specified.
Buyers of any painting(s) from Erikan Art, LLC, have only the right to resell the painting in the format it was originally sold. Buyers are not allowed and prohibited from any unauthorized use of Erikan Ekefrey works (including copies, derivative works or unlicensed merchandise) or any unauthorized use of Erikan Ekefrey name of likeness to imply association, affiliation or endorsement. Buyers do not have the right to sell prints, postcards, paraphernalia or reproductions of the painting(s). Buyers must request permission from Erikan Art, LLC and agree to the terms and conditions specified in the contractual AGREEMENT FOR REPRODUCTION RIGHTS to have 100% ownership of any painting(s). If the buyer is interested in reproduction rights, please notify Erikan Art, LLC. Serious inquiries in reproduction rights should be expressed to Erikan Art, LLC.
